An overview of the scRNA-seq projects in our research group will be made, including some
of the bioinformatics method development we have engaged with, including intercellular
communication analysis and differential transcript use.  Biological applications such as
understanding the role of cardiac fibroblasts in heart injury and repair, and how these
processes are modulated in different contexts such as therapy models or genetic
knockouts will be discussed.
