This is a sequel of M. Finkelberg's talk.
Laumon moduli spaces posess a remarkable Poisson structure (which goes back to Atiyah and Hitchin). We present an easy way to describe this Poisson structure as a Hamiltonian reduction of some linear Poisson bracket. On the other hand this Poisson bracket turns out to be related to classical limits of Yangians of type A. Conjecturally, this leads to a non-commutative deformation (quantization) of Laumon spaces.
